To ensure an accurate fit please fill out the form below very carefully. Allowing me to have precise measurements will help me create a well-fitting garment tailored to your dancer. It is super important to have very accurate measurements and as many details as possible.

Please keep In mind I do not make any free revisions due to a fitting error. I do offer a $50 alteration fee if it is needed. (this process can take up to 2-4 weeks)

How to take measurements

After making your 50% deposit payment and confirming your design during the design confirmation window, please complete the measurement form as soon as possible. Accurate size measurements are essential to start crafting your costume. Once I receive your completed form, I'll add your order to my production schedule. Please note, if there’s a delay in submitting the measurement form after payment, the countdown for production starts from the date we receive the form. We require at least 4-8 weeks to complete the costume. If I am fully booked, you may need to wait until the next available month. *Ensure to measure your dancer accurately and leave some room for growth in areas such as the bust, waist, and hips (approximately 0.5–1 inch). Refer to our helpful video and size chart, or compare with the dancewear brand your dancer currently wears to confirm measurements. ⚠️ Please note that the costume will be crafted based on the measurements provided. It is crucial to double-check all measurements and the form before submitting to avoid sizing errors. 🩷 Once you have completed the form, please notify me promptly.
