🗓️How to book a custom costume

Booking steps:

1️⃣ Pick your shipping date—Suggested 2-3 weeks before you need your costume. Reserve your shipping date with a non-refundable $100 deposit (applied to your final balance)

2️⃣ Submit your design form— A design form will be sent to you immediately after booking. Please submit this form atleast 1-2 months before your desired shipping date.

3️⃣ Finalize your design— I will send you a rough sketch of the design. This will include 3 revisions. I will also send your a quote for how much your costume will cost.

4️⃣ Once design is confirmed and approved by you, 50% of the remaining balance will be due to start production of your costume.

5️⃣ Costume is in progress— The remaining balance will be due before your costume is shipped.

📏 Size Confirmation & Measurements

I will also be sending a custom sizing form immediately after booking.

📌Because each costume is unique and customized to your dancer it is important to have accurate measurements to ensure the garment will fit your dancer perfectly! I will include a video tutorial on how to take proper measurements if you are unsure.

📌 I do not offer free alterations for fitting issues. If any adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, I offer a flat $50 alteration fee. (This process takes about 3-4 weeks)
